Monica Saran‑Nace is the founding attorney of The Law Offices of Monica Saran‑Nace, located in Astoria, Queens. With over a decade of experience practicing immigration law, Monica brings a deeply personal and professional commitment to every client she represents. Originally trained in law in Romania, Monica immigrated to the United States where she earned an LL.M. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law in New York City. Her unique perspective as both an immigrant and an attorney drives her passion for helping others navigate the often complex and emotional landscape of U.S. immigration.

Since being admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011, Monica has represented clients from all over the world in cases ranging from green card petitions and naturalization to waivers of inadmissibility and removal of conditions. She believes strongly in building trust with her clients, maintaining open lines of communication, and advocating for the best outcomes with diligence and care. Monica is known not only for her clear and responsive communication, but also for the legal insight and compassion she brings to each case.

Before founding her own law firm, she worked as a paralegal and attorney assistant at several immigration-focused legal organizations in New York City, including Immigration Advocacy Services and the law offices of Spar & Bernstein. These early roles provided her with a comprehensive foundation in immigration procedure and policy, while also deepening her understanding of the challenges faced by immigrant communities.

In 2011, she opened her own practice to provide focused, client-centered representation tailored to the unique needs of each individual or family. Whether advocating for clients in adjustment of status cases or guiding families through the complexities of consular processing, Monica’s goal remains consistent: to simplify the immigration process and provide honest, strategic legal support that empowers clients to achieve their goals in the United States.
